""Nature's Nursery""

Luck can certainly play a role in nature photography. In this case, I had an obviously pregnant Whitetail doe bed down near my tree blind, and within 10 minutes she gave birth to this fawn. The fawn was still wet-backed as it began nursing for its very first meal.
