"Bruno"
By: Robert Haase (Eldorado, WI)
People called this buck Bruno and they believed it to be one of the offspring of another buck they called Moses. The racks were so identical you could not tell the difference. It was not tame or confined in any given area, but was frequently seen in a given area. Some person shot it illegally was caught and convicted. Photographers and others were able to get the deer from the DNR after the trial and conviction and paid for the mounting of this buck, which is on display at an area conservation education building.
