A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
THE Chasin' The Spring Sweepstakes (“SWEEPSTAKES”)
BEGINS ON 1/5/26 AND
ENDS ON 3/31/26 (“ENTRY PERIOD”).
ELIGIBILITY:
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of the District of Columbia, Minnesota, Montana and Washington)
21 years of age or older and who are legally deemed eligible to possess a firearm at date of entry. Subject to all applicable federal, and state and
local laws and regulations. Void in the District of Columbia, Minnesota, Montana, Washington and where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate
families (parents, children, spouse, siblings and those living in the same household) of National Wild Turkey Federation ("NWTF” or the “Sponsor"),
its advertising & promotion agencies, all entities involved in this promotion, their representatives and/or distributors, are not eligible to enter.
METHODS OF ENTRY:
There are two (2) ways to enter. Entry Method #1: Follow all online entry instructions to make a donation at
https://your.nwtf.org/chasinthespringsweepstakes, by indicating the number of entry ticket(s)
you wish to submit as indicated by the suggested donation levels (“online entry”).
Online entries must be received between 9:00 AM ET on 1/5/26 and 11:59 PM ET on 3/31/26.
All online entry notices posted on website apply, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Online entries are deemed to be made by
authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
Entry Method #2: To enter with or without making a donation (“mail-in entry”),
visit https://your.nwtf.org/chasinthespringsweepstakes. When reading these Official Rules,

and follow all entry instructions including printing entry ticket(s), hand-printing all information requested on the entry ticket(s), completely separating all entry ticket(s) you return,
and enclosing entry ticket(s) in a #10 business envelope and mailing via First Class U.S. mail to:
Chasin' the Spring Sweepstakes Entry, c/o National Wild Turkey Federation, PO 530, Edgefield, SC 29824.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 3/31/26 and received by 4/7/26.
All entry ticket(s) you are returning must be completely separated and detached from any other ticket
or they WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for the drawing.
During the regular entry period, certain levels of contribution will result in free membership to NWTF
and the following number of entries into the Grand Prize through 116th prize drawing, subject to the individual entry limits:
- $35 – 1 entry and NWTF annual membership
- $65 – 6 entries and NWTF annual membership
- $125 – 12 entries and NWTF annual membership
- $185 – 24 entries and NWTF annual membership
Early Bird entries: Jan 5 - 31, 2026:
To double your entries in the random drawing, online entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on 1/31/26 and mail-in entries must be postmarked by 2/1/26 and received by 2/8/26 to qualify.
Certain levels of contributions during the Early Bird entry period will result in free membership to
NWTF and the following number of entries into the Grand Prize through 116th prize drawing,
subject to the individual entry limits:
- $35 – 2 entries and NWTF annual membership
- $65 – 12 entries and NWTF annual membership
- $125 – 24 entries and NWTF annual membership
- $185 – 48 entries and NWTF annual membership
February Bonus prize drawing:
All entries received in February 2026 will be eligible for
Browning Citori Hunter Grade II .410 Bore Shotgun with 28” barrel prize drawing.
To qualify for the February Bonus prize drawing which will be held on or about
4/16/26, online entries must be submitted between 12:00 AM ET on
2/1/26 and 11:59 PM ET on 2/28/26;
and mail-in entries must be postmarked between 2/1/26 and
2/28/26 and received by 3/8/26 to qualify.
Non-winning February entries will be entered into the Grand Prize through 116th Prize random drawings.
March Fast 50 prize drawing:
Out of all entries received in March 2025, fifty (50) entrants will be selected to win an Edge Cellular Trail Camera.
To qualify for the August Fast 50 prize drawing which will be held on or about 9/16/25,
online entries must be submitted between 12:00 AM ET on 3/1/26 and 11:59 PM ET on 3/31/26;
and mail-in entries must be postmarked between 3/1/26 and
3/31/26 and received by 4/7/26.
All March entries will also be entered into the Grand Prize through 116th Prize random drawings.
LIMIT: UP TO A TOTAL MAXIMUM OF NINETY-SIX [96] ENTRY TICKETS PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.
Any attempt to exceed this limit may automatically disqualify all entries from that entrant. Entry materials/data
that have been tampered with or altered will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, stolen,
misdirected, postage-due, or illegible mail or damaged torn or separated mail due to improper packaging. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURES:
No purchase or donation of any kind necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Ends 3/31/26.
Prizes/Verifiable Retail Values (“VRV”): 168 prizes will be awarded, VRV of all prizes: up to $86,152.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:13,170 for a Grand Prize through 116th Prize,
1:3,050 for February Prize and 1:61 for a March Prize. Limit one major prize per person.
(Major prize is defined as a prize level ranging from the Grand Prize to the 116th Prize with the addition of the February Bonus Prize.)

Grand Prize consists of:
- Four day / three-night trip to God's Country Outfitters; 3 nights of lodging **
- Fully-guided God’s Country Outfitter’s (GCO) Slam Hunt: Osceola turkey, Alligator, and Wild Hog.
Lodging and Meals are included. Those who successfully complete the GCO slam also receive a commemorative belt buckle.
**Winner must make all travel arrangements to/from hunting location. The winner is responsible for obtaining his/her hunting licenses and/or permits/tags.
Travel expenses/Transportation costs, licenses, tags, tips, gratuities, and other expenses not covered herein are not included.
The hunt must take place during the dates determined by the Sponsor, subject to availability; restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
If winner cannot participate on the dates designated by the Sponsor, or winner is unable to travel for any reason after the hunt is booked,
or the hunt is cancelled due to weather condition, or for any reason whatsoever, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner.
1st Prize consists of:
- 3 nights of lodging **
- Three-day fully-guided spring turkey hunt with MTN OPS at Whiskey Sloughs Outfitters in Nebraska
for 2027 plus a $500 MTN OPS gift card for the winner
- One (1) guest allowed but guest required to separately pay to hunt and harvest a turkey
**Winner must make all travel arrangements to/from hunting location. The winner is responsible for obtaining his/her hunting licenses and/or permits/tags.

For all firearms prizes: Winners must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prize with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealer as required by State and Federal law. For all prizes: State and local laws, restrictions and regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. No prize is intended for sale or for prize distribution in those states or in those areas where the prize is prohibited by law. Any winner eligible to win a prize but where the award of the prize would otherwise be in violation of federal, state, or local law or if winner is not able to accept the prize due to physical or mental impairment, winner will receive an alternate prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to travel or pick up their prizes as applicable.
Other prize details: All other prize elements will be awarded as is and Sponsor is not responsible for any defects, food allergy, or other prize matters. Selection of color, size and style of prizes are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Usage of Gift Card is subject to its terms and conditions. Lost or stolen gift card will not be replaced. Prize images depicted in advertising and Sweepstakes materials may vary from the actual prize as any depiction of prize is for illustrative purposes only. The VRV of all prizes are subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the VRV is estimated for purposes of these official rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Any difference between the stated VRV of any of the prizes and the actual value will not be awarded.
WINNER SELECTION and NOTIFICATION: All winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/16/26 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, conducted by the independent judging organization (“judges”) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. All potential winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or mail/courier within 3 business days after random drawing. In order to receive a prize, potential winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability which must be signed and returned (along with any other documentation the Sponsor reasonably requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to, providing proof of identity, various licenses or permits) within 14 days of date printed on notification or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined. If a potential winner fails to respond within 14 days, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is not eligible per the Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be determined. Each winner agrees to provide Social Security number to Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent for firearm prize delivery and/or tax reporting purposes (if applicable). Attempts will be made to notify up to 3 alternate winners for the unfulfilled prize; after which the unfulfilled prize may not be awarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 60 days of winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to pick up their prizes as applicable. No prize is redeemable for cash, exchange or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prize (if any) and other expenses (as applicable) not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to: registration, licenses and fees, optional equipment and all other unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering and/or using the corresponding prize. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize, except that prizes will be subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s standard warranty, if any. Prize winners must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prize with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealer as required by State and Federal law. State and local laws, restrictions and regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of certain prizes. In the event a winner of a firearms prize winner is not able to accept the prize due to legal restrictions on the winner, or any similar reason whatsoever, the prize will be automatically forfeited and another winner selected. No prize is intended for sale or for prize distribution in those states or in those areas where the prize is prohibited by law. The mention of the prizes or any other product or service in any advertisement or text does not mean the products or services have been tested, endorsed or approved by Sponsor.
GENERAL RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which are final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, photograph, video, comment, hometown, likeness, and prize won (all at Sponsor’s discretion) for future advertising, publicity in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, release, or permission.
Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prizes or the administration of the Sweepstakes, and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death.
If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant's sole remedy is another similar entry or ticket in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible for Sponsor to award another entry due to discontinuance of the drawing, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all valid entries received for the Sweepstakes up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. In the event that information, in any published ad, press release, article, brochure, or any other communication regarding the Sweepstakes conflicts with the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall take precedence over all other communications or published materials. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the Sweepstakes Official Rules to correct typographical errors or maintain legal compliance, and such changes shall become effective on the date published on the web site(s).
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize; or (f) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, including but not limited to, by reason of unauthorized human intervention, spam filters, privacy settings, inactive email accounts or an entrant’s failure to monitor its email account.. If for any reason an Entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, any governmental order, epidemic, pandemic, force majeure, social media mandate, printing, administrative or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated before the original end date, to select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date/time of termination.
ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT and WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL and CIVIL LAWS and SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES and DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES and CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
FOR CALIFORNIA ENTRANTS: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS: “CERTAIN CLAIMS NOT AFFECTED BY A GENERAL RELEASE. A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
ARBITRATION and CLASS-ACTION WAIVER:
Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any Prize awarded, shall be exclusively by final and binding arbitration to administered by JAMS under the rules of JAMS. To the extent permitted by the governing rules, the arbitration shall be conducted by written submissions only, or video conference technology such as Zoom. If the governing rules do not so permit, the arbitration shall be held at the JAMS location nearest to your residence. If JAMS is unavailable, unwilling, or otherwise unable to administer an arbitration in accordance with these rules, then another administrator that will do so will be selected by agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree, then they will jointly petition a court to appoint an administrator that will do so; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction; and (4) under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and the parties to these Rules hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes). The parties to these Rules further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Class-action waiver. Entrants further agree that, except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes, including any Prize awarded, shall be resolved on individual basis, without resort to any form of class action, collective action or mass action. There will be no right or authority for any dispute to be brought, heard or arbitrated as a class or collective action ("Class Action Waiver").
Thirty-Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of the arbitration requirement by sending written notice of your decision to: National Wild Turkey Federation, PO Box 530, Edgefield, SC 29824 thirty days after first becoming subject to these terms. Your notice must include your name and address and an unequivocal statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration requirement. In the event you opt out, all other parts of this Agreement will continue to apply. Opting out of this arbitration agreement has no effect on any other obligations to arbitrate that you may currently have, or may enter in the future, with us.
PRIVACY: By entering, you may be contacted by the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Entities with future promotional offers. Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, located at www.nwtf.org/privacy-policy.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
